David Lingard

With a wealth of experience since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1977, David Lingard is one of our esteemed Directors. His expertise spans Domestic and Commercial Property, Liquor Licensing, Wills, and Estates. David’s distinguished career includes a former membership on the Council of the Law Society of Scotland. He also serves as a trusted Legal Adviser to various local voluntary and commercial organizations, including Lanarkshire Enterprise Services Limited and Hamilton Taxi Owners’ Association. David’s extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence ensure that your legal matters are in capable hands.

Mark Fisher

After graduating from the University of Glasgow, Mark joined Leonards as a Trainee in the summer of 2022, before qualifying as a solicitor in June 2024. In his time with the firm, Mark has gained experience and expertise across a wide variety of disciplines. His areas of expertise include residential conveyancing, wills, powers of attorney and estates. Mark strives to build good relationships with clients, providing clear and straightforward advice as well as being a reassuring, helping hand through often stressful processes.
